Daisi
holds the
overall responsibility for the organization. He brings to the company a
very diverse and broad based educational and professional experience
covering Banking,
Accounting, Tax Management, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting,
Corporate Planning and Strategy.
Over a
span of
eighteen years, Daisi was at different points an investment banker,
multinational corporate treasurer, multinational corporate planner
& strategist, management consultant & training
specialist,
international trade, finance & development professional.
Academically,
he holds
a B. Sc (Accounting), Obafemi Awolowo University & an MBA
(Finance), University of Benin. He is a Fellow of the Certified Cost
Management Institute of Nigeria, a Fellow of The Chartered
Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and an Associate of The Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Daisi has
attended
many Management and Executive Management courses within and outside
Nigeria and has also written and delivered many papers on various
aspects of finance, strategy and general management.
Daisi is
also a member of the Board of a number of other Nigerian companies in
